Picked up 3 days early

I was able to pick up my M3 3 days early just by calling the delivery center and asking.

On Tue, my advisor scheduled delivery for the following Monday.
After I completed all of the paperwork, I called the delivery center on Wed to see if I can pick up the car early. They let me know the car was scheduled to arrive on Friday, that they have been arriving on time lately and they can schedule me for Sunday morning.
On Friday around 11am, I called again and asked if I can pick up my car early. They put me on hold and came back and said yes, how about Saturday afternoon. I then asked, any chance of picking it up this afternoon? I let them know I was available anytime for the rest of the day. He put me on hold again, came back and said we can do 5pm today.

I showed up at about 4:40, delivery was smooth and I was on my way around 5:30.

Delivery center associates were great every time I talked to them and when I took delivery. They are much less rushed then my advisor was.

It's actually pretty consistent that the on-site people at particular stores/service centers/delivery centers are much better than the "central office" people, who are practically useless.
