Polar Ultrachargers and CCS-retrofitted Tesla Model S's

Have there been any reported issues with Polar/BP Chargemaster Ultrachargers and CCS-retrofitted Model S's?

I wasn't aware of any problems but recently couldn't CCS charge. First time attempt on one of these units with the adapter (which is working fine on other chargers).

Not a MS but M3, had a problem on a 50kw polar, weird thing is it has been working fine for about 7 charges before the update V10 then just didn't work. But even weirder is that the one down the road does work and been using that instead :/
