Picked up my Model 3 Performance on September 29th at Fremont.
During the pickup process the Tesla delivery guy (who was an engineer at Tesla moonlighting as Tesla delivery man to help out, really nice guy) told me to note down any issues we find with the car. He said that Tesla will expedite these requests in the first 5 days so that customers can get that new car feeling. I pointed out a few issues and he took photos of them.
It's now a few weeks later and I haven't heard back.
I tried calling Tesla customer service line and nobody is picking up. I am still waiting on my license plates, nervous about not receiving them on time.
Anybody else have similar experience? Did your consultant promise to expedite issues found on the car? And did they deliver on that promise?
