I must admit my experience is getting entertaining. Had a Saturday delivery appointment. Arrived only to find out the assigned VIN had not been built yet. They went out of their way to find me a car. I picked it up Sunday and happy is an understatement. BUT, my Tesla account still doesn't show I have a car. Today the phone access to the car stopped working??? It appears they have assigned me a new VIN and will be contacting me soon to arrange delivery.
I wish Tesla had something similar to Onstar (and so would my insurance company) but I would now be worried if they were able to turn the car off remotely.
