The suggestion that Tesla is deliberately failing to implement safety measures for the purpose of collecting on insurance claims is wildly unreasonable. There is a warning. You ignored it. To say that falcon wing doors are unique in the automotive world is true but, frankly, I’m not sure I see why they would deserve any special treatment compared to a normal car door. The potential for damage and/or injury is the same.
