My Powerwall install, completed by the same non-Tesla group who had installed my solar panels without any issues, and which was to have been a one-day job, has required eight visits to my residence to complete, several extending from the early morning to late in the evening. Among the issues has been a grounding problem that disabled my 240V level 2 EV charger and somehow placed it on the same circuit as a 120V outlet, too many wires to fit into a single panel necessitating moving half the circuits to a secondary panel, disabling the solar panels and/or inverter, having the app show reversed power flow (which was fixed by the installers calling Tesla) and an inexplicable dump of about 160 kWh into the grid within a few hours (but that did not show up in my utility company's statement).
