Powerwall rebate now in the uk

Newbie here, just wondered if anyone could tell me where I'm going wrong
Keep getting this page when trying to claim my rebate.

You got further than I did, I had no option at all.

Went on the support chat on the website in the end, and they added it manually. It's now pending but I never provided bank details so assuming I'll have to follow that up sometime, once approved.
