Another vote for a tyre kit. I had my first puncture with my Model 3 just two days ago. I used my ‘Stop n’ go deluxe tyre plugger kit’ (Amazon) and was up and running in about an hour. My tyres have <3mm on them, so it’s a new set of rears on Monday.

I'm on a single phase supply. When I got my second Powerwall2, the DNO applied a max export capacity of 6.8kW. Internally, my batteries are set up to deliver 10kW.

Still the same warranty of 10 years, I see. I thought the PW3 would have LFP chemistry but its weight (which seems too low) would suggest it hasn’t changed from the PW2(?). Anyway, not an option for me as I already have the PW2 and you can’t mix the two.

Sounds familar. I find IO creates a charging schedule about 1 in 4 times without my intervention. Most of the time, I have to toggle the on/off switch to provoke a response. I usually wait a few hours before doing so. Once I see a schdule, IO has never failed to charge my car thus far.

Just had a word with the installer. He was confusing with a 3 phase set up and admitted his mistake. It was actually one of their surveyors who came around and not the actual guy who will be doing the installation.

Hi. It was for me, just a bad breaker (RCD) which my installer replaced. If it happens repeatedly, I’d try replacing the breaker first.

In my case, it’s the breaker which had tripped (and which keeps on tripping). My installer us sending someone on Friday. Hopefully, it‘s just a bad breaker unit.

Interesting that others are having the same issue at similar times. I subsequently got an app message telling me that the Powerall’s breaker is open. I get back tomorrow so I’ll check it out.

I‘ve had this issue of no schedule after a few hours several times. As mentioned previously if you disable and then re-enable smart charging it forces a schedule to be produced.

Some nice features. Those alloys look just easy to kerb though.

I dont think it's suprising that the PW is charging to 100% if you are teaching it to expect massive loads during the day with car charging. I'm getting my PW in a months time and I'll be using ToU mode as I have a relatively small solar array. As you imply, the latter mode makes no sense...

I have a similar story. My daughter broke the sunshade clip on the passanger side. Tesla sent a ranger out to replace it in less than a week. I was charged £1.10 😁
