Premium Media Control Unit. Please help

Hi,

Could anyone help me out by telling my exactly what I have here and what a reasonable value is for it? I know it is the whole media unit but I'm not sure which Tesla it is for, if it is remanufactured (because it says "reman" on it), or what the value of it is.

Anything you might know would be very helpful and GREATLY APPRECIATED. I can't find anything online about it.

That is the Tesla MCU (with screen attached!) and generally fetches north of $1000.

Thank you for your help! I wasn't sure if it was to a specific tesla model or if they made different upgraded versions. I really appreciate your help.
