Problem opening trunk

I needed to receive items in a sanitary way, only to find out I can't open the trunk without opening a door!

I must be missing something!

Buttons are greyed out and no voice command. Forces you do open a door :

Your doors were locked. If you unlock your car first it should work.
Hit the padlock next to the time to unlock

Ah gracias. I knew something had to be up!

Would be nice if it gave you the European-style Central Locking System that allows one to override by opening it directly.
