Problem with software updates due to old video cameras

There will be a tesla mobile service coming at end january to swap my camera's (Front & 2 B-pillars)
So mobile service can do these sort of installation (They even did the FWD sensor last time)

I'll update if it fixed by then,,,

Ranger came and swap all camera's (Front & pillars) in less then 10 minutes

It's a recall for all model S / X that has old autopilot camera's (Free)

I'll see tonight if I get any new update once I'm home connected to wifi

The car didn't update automatically while connecting to home wifi last night

So I messaged the ranger from yesterday so he send a signal to the car to download the latest software available for the specs

My 2017 MS is still on 2023.26.12. Checking for updates results in "Your car software is up to date as of Feb 16 10:32 pm". I called the local SC earlier today and they confirmed I have the most up to date software, even though they already upgraded the cameras in December (free upgrade "for Vehicles Configured with Full Self-Driving Capability"). @EddieW did your new cameras match the part numbers that were installed in my MS: Car on old firmware

I also received an IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL letter from Tesla for NHTSA Recall No: 23V-838. In short, it says "Please check that your vehicle is running software version 2023.44.30 or a later release". — I did this, and the answer is NO, and Tesla Service says I am up to date. But the recall notice tells me I need something newer. Nice!

Yes, sorry, a typo
It installed indeed 2023.11.30.9 but last week I got 2023.11.30.14 so the camera swapping did fixed the OTA updates

Yes, it worked perfectly with old firmware

Can anyone tell me why the power is gray and what kind of parameter it is?
On my MX it is gray, and on my MY it is green
