Do you have the latest version of the app?

(There was an iOS app update yesterday)

Most likely all staff are working flat out to get new cars out of the door before the month end

I get the same at that point, so would suggest it's an issue at Tesla's end.

Happened the same with me, but I managed to find a workaround. When it prompts you for your location, just keep putting nearby locations until you find one that works. I managed to get an appointment by putting Birmingham

Thanks for that - "fixed" it for me! Sounds like their postcode/location finder service is down.

I'm having problems scheduling a service too. I get all the way to the end screen, but just get a "Please try again" error with no information about what the problem is.

I've tried different times, even a different service centre (mobile not an option), and also tried "Other" for the service type, and even tried choosing a completely different service type so I could select Mobile Service. Nothing works. It's like I've been blacklisted from service!
