Problems with Australian Carseats in Model X

Hello,

We recently purchased a Model X and are having some trouble installing carseats with the way the tether strap sits due to the weird seat shape in the Model X. We installed some Infa Secure Evolves in the back row and just put the tether to the side of the headrest, but checked this was ok with Infa Secure and they advised they cannot be installed like that. Argh! Has anyone had success installing carseats properly in the model X? If yes what seats are you using? I feel like we have bought the safest car out but cannot have our kids in it due to this issue! Help!

We have 3 car seats in our X with no issues, can you send through a picture of the problem?

We found a solution! 2 x infa secure granduers as the split tether can go around the headrest, then 1 x rear facing kompresser using a tether extension strap so that the tether doesn't slide down off the seat shoulders.

What seats do you have?

This was the issue. Infa secure said that the tether on our evolves can not be like this.
