Profile not saving

has anyone else had same issues since last round of updates, or do I have an issue?

when I get in, the Mirrors are in the incorrect position. I change them, and press SAVE, it saves. I do my drive, and along the way, change radio station.

When I leave the car, and get back in, mirrors are back where they were, and old Radio station is playng. so it clearly has not saved my profile.

Any ideas?

Try to perform calibration in the service menu once. It should solve your issue

Is the profile associated with the key you used?

In the list of keys, the profile name should be shown under the specified key. Each time you tap the human head icon next to the key, the profile will be associated/unassociated for that key.
