Purchase Agreement - Arbitration Opt Out

I take delivery of MY LR Jan 27/2024 and according to the purchase agreement have 30 days to advise Tesla if I wish to opt out of binding arbitration by AAA which is paid for by Tesla. Has anyone had any dealings with this one way or the other and if so do you think opting out is wise or a mistake? Thanks

Always opt out. ALWAYS.

The binding arbitration is not for the benefit of the consumer.

There is literally zero down side to opting out. All it does is increase your available options and remedies, whether you use them or not.

OK thanks, my Instinct is to opt out as any provider paid for by any company will have a hard time not being biased .
