Purchased the "Basenor Tesla Model Y Front and Rear Seat Pad Protector Cushion"

How are you suppose to mount this thing ? There a fabric
piece that comes down from the rear of the seat that blocks
threading the seat cover under the back rest. I can see that
it is attached with clips under the seats via two stretchy straps
but they don't want to come off easily .

No instructions provide typical of Chinese products.
 
these go on the long term research list of potential upgrades, like with HUD
very good point, that for a long drive the pressure could be an issue, additionally when FSD and not using the pedal(s)

What does HUD have to do with seat covers?
OK got the snaps off got the seat cover on sort of .
Not impressed with the fit, and a pain in the you know what
to tuck in on the sides.
Will report back when I have some miles on the seat.
Initialy does not seem like it gives much leg support
but it might be too loose .
 
Tried putting more stuffing under the support .
That part is barely making contact with my legs,
and the whole purpose was thigh support. It does
almost reach my knees. My opinion so far is meh
not really working.
Also takes some of the softness of the seat away.
