Purchasing A Used 2018 Model X - Good Deal?

I'm currently considering to purchase a used 2018 Model X from a private seller with 12k miles.

I ran a report on it, it shows to have:

Normally, a vehicle will have a lien due to a loan or unpaid repair bill against the vehicle. Check with the seller to ensure that the lien has been satisfied.

It's quoted a price of $78,000. I'm wanting to know this is a good deal or I should be negotiating a better deal.

I don't think the Super Charging is transferable for a 2018 model year.

It’s not a deal for a standard range X. That’s about the price you can get a new inventory model after incentives if you are patient and can wait till end of quarter sell off.
