Radio, Spotify, etc, all ads come out in German even though I am in the USA and purchased the car in USA

so i bought my MYLR a week ago. Everything works well, GPS shows my correct location, Browser shows IP location as Washington, D.C., and geolocation shows correctly where i am in the map.

Netflix, Disney+, etc all play all the videos and seems to be fine.

but all radio stuff (Spotify, TuneIn, ) have ads and stuff in German. I checked my Spotify and the region on app is USA... not sure what to do

Only happens at home on wifi or away from home on the mobile connection? If it's happening at home on wifi only, maybe home internet is using a VPN?

First thing I would try is a reboot of the MCU.

Happens anywhere. Over wifi or over the mobile. i worked with Spotify support, they said it is a "device" issue as we even used a special test account to check.

also raised a service ticket with Tesla... they cannot figure out what's wrong.

Happened to me in Canada and loading up Netflix it gave me the US shows and could not access certain content/shows on Can Netflix.

VPN was US. Went to SC and they fixed it somehow

yeah that's what I am thinking... just wondering how come it only impacts the radio stuff but browser and videos are fine?
