Range impact of 19" vs 20" snows

Has anyone measured the wh/km or range impact of the 20" Pirelli Scorpion snow tires vs the 19" ones on a model X?

I am driving in Ontario where frankly the roads are usually dry and the weather is warm (~ -5 C road temperature is usual), but I need the snow tires because on roughly a monthly basis I will drive up north (about 300km total drive) and encounter snow covered roads or even snow covered highways. Since this drive is very demanding on range (in my wife's P90D Model X we can't make it in winter without charging in Barrie) I'm interested in range comparisons of these tires for my newly ordered 100D.

P.S. For those who know me you'll know I'm only reluctantly buying the new Model X -- service on my wife's has been a huge disappointment though the car itself is mostly awesome (modulo safety things like non-working windshield wipers).

Have P,100D and 19 Cyclones. Can't compare as I don't have experience with 20s. However I'd recommend 19, as they are cheaper and consumes smaller amount of energy. After all in winter road trips, low consumption is the king.

As another data point, I went with Michelin X-Ice winter tires on my Model S, these are very efficient for dry conditions and I actually saw my energy consumption decrease slightly compared to all seasons on the same 19" wheels in previous winters.
