Ok, guys as you may know I've been chasing this rattle in my front suspension for a long time. Years ago Tesla replace the rack and pinion, and I've changed the shocks, (Arnott), outer tie rods, sway bar links. I asked Unplugged Performance in Hawthorne to looks into it and tighten to spec all the of the suspension. They found one Upper Control Arm bolt wasn't fully tightened to spec. Problem solved! While digging around I did find a crack in one of the A Arms. Guess I'll have to replace those with the composite ones I've seen online. At least it's quiet again.
