Rear handles behavior

I'm getting conflicting information. My rear handles do not present on press. Service tech said that was removed in firmware update and only the front handles will respond to pressure.

I emailed Tesla asking if they can update software back to the way they behaved before and the response was that the rear handles should present on touch and to contact service.

Can someone confirm for me? In the past the pressure sensor had to be replaced but now I'm not sure is this software (as updated) or hardware.

It all should respond to pressure. I might be your pressure sensor.

If the car is set to driver only mode the other three handles will not respond to pressure.

Ok, I have heard that before...can't find how to set that one the screen, and can't find anything in the manual.

Only need the driver door to present.

2020 here. all mine present...my issue is that the left rear door has a very noticeable rattle when closing the door.....sounds like the handle is loose in the door....I guess I should make mobile Service appointment

What year is your car? Early models did not have pressure sensors on every door.

My car is set as follows:

Menu -> Vehicle
Driver Door Unlock Mode - On
Walk-Away door lock - On
Unlock on park - Off
