curious if any other Model 3 owners are having issue with the rear undercover tearing?
I've had to replace the undercover twice now. 1st time was about 9months after bought the car and now again 6 months later. Damage is in the same spot both times. Mobile Tech came out 1st time but couldn't do the repair so had to take to SC. Mobile Tech said there was a service advisory and there was a new version of the part with a metal strip along the leading edge because there were issues.
When I mentioned this to the service advisor at SC he acted like he never heard of it and proceeded to claim the damage was from road hazard and that I hit something.
Now 6months later same service advisor claiming road hazard again.
The chances that I hit something twice (I haven't hit anything) and it tearing the cover in the same spot are astronomical.
