Rear view mirror cables ripped off

Looking at the EPC (you can login yourself) and videos, looks like that wire is inside the mirror unit (which is not a separate part). Part description and number: RV MIRROR, BASE 2.0 1119904-00-C
Parts Catalog

You can see how the mirror was supposed to be removed.

You can see the harness connection here, it seems you pulled out the ball socket, so instead of disconnecting at this harness, it has been disconnected from the circuit board.

✅ 2017-2022 OEM TESLA Model 3 Interior Rear View Mirror | eBay

From experience fixing various electronics, the thing to look for is for any seams (and screws) to remove the rear cover and expose the circuit board for the mirror dimming. Looking at the pictures from the EBay listing I don't see any obvious seams. So my guess is the seam is where the glass mirror interfaces with the plastic. Look carefully for any screws and if none, maybe try prying between there (but look yourself as maybe you can find another seam that is not obvious in pictures).

Of course be prepared you might break it further and you may have to buy a replacement (of which there are plenty of used units on Ebay).

You can see for other brands there is a seam to remove the bezel and get access to circuit board.

After removing of course you have to solder it back. You should look at Tesla mirror removal video above for how to remove part where the harness socket is attached to and then you can solder wires at a table. It might not be obvious however where to solder. Maybe you would need a multimeter to measure the polarity of the wires from the car and hopefully the board has it labeled. If you are lucky maybe the black and yellow wire has "memory" and the positions are roughly the same as they are in the picture, but always check with multimeter to make sure.

It may also just have pulled out from another internal harness connector.
