Recommendation for mod/repair shop in OC area

Hey guys,
I have a M3 with the Tesla Offer frunk but now it won't open. It's been installed for awhile but I just don't use it enough.
It sounds like it's trying to open but won't unlatch.
Of course the console says I need a new 12v battery hence the urgency to open it now.

Anybody know of a place I could bring the car to for assistance?
Recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like it won't open because your 12V is low/dead. My version (v5) of the EV Offer Frunk has a manual release tucked behind the circular cap on the front bumper. Check that first.

I can hear the motor trying to open it. Maybe not strong enough?
I don't a manual release in mine.
