Recommendations for a good neck rest pillow?

I find that my head does not touch the headrest - its too far back as designed as it's meant to protect you from whiplash in a collision. However I find it tiring on longer drives to not have my head resting on something and the headrest in the Model S is too far back.

Does anyone have any recommendations for an appropriate sized pillow designed for the Model S and looks good but is not too thick? I bought this one ( https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B077Q382WD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) but had to return it as it was just too thick and forced my head too far forward.

Your head is not supposed to rest on the head restraint while driving. In a crash it will move forward to provide protection.
