I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for outfitting a Model X with the new fold-flat 5 seat configuration to maximize cargo capacity and to safely (and cleanly!) transport a large (100lb) dog. Most of the time it would be two people plus dog, but some of the time, extra passengers in the back. I was thinking that the ideal situation may be to buy a barrier of some sort that goes behind where the rear seats are. Something like this, perhaps: Amazon.com: Heininger 3048 PortablePET Pet Partition (adjustable 27" to 45"): Automotive, and then lay down a cargo area cover/protector, attached to that barrier, maybe something like this: Pet Cargo Cover for Tesla Model X
The ultimate goal would be to keep the dog in the back and then optionally have the rear seats available, folded down, as cargo capacity, but also up for passengers if needed (relying on frunk for small cargo). Any thoughts?
