Probably went to one of the unaccredited schools in California. I had my R8 totaled by a driver who was on the clock (respondeat superior) and their company simply cut me a check for the value of the car. Sure I lost out on the added wheels and stasis Supercharger, but why fight with insurance companies over a losing battle? Just get it fix and flip it asap.

At least @focher spelling and grammar are pretty gud!! It is not a losing battle to fight for diminished value. It’s a winning battle, possibly because so few people know to do it.
