You can bet on some changes to Model S and X after the free supercharging program ends. My guess is new dash boards with digital controlled air vents like Model 3, I would also expect a rear tail light and brake light update on the Model S and possible Model X style door handles with auto open. One huge update that may be imminent is megacharging capability for Model S and X. I do think the basic car shape will stay the same for many years to come like the Porsche 911.
To me, free supercharging is more valuable than any updates as it will add up to tens of thousands when compared to paying for fuel.
