Doesn't every brand do that? Another reason to use CarMax. The BMW dealers offered about $6K trade-in for 335. Carmax $11K. We signed the papers and took the check as fast quick as we could.
Yes they do. It’s just amusing watching all the same stuff happen at the place that doesn’t have dealers they have showrooms and fixed pricing wink wink
Same here - the trade-in offer on my Model S was lower than expected, through the $3K potentially helps.
I've also been holding off on pulling the trigger on my Plaid order pending HW4. I wonder if that will impact current pricing?
Is this verified information? I track ships and missed this. I'm waiting for the VIN too.
Update: got to the delivery appointment, vehicle wasn't ready. They came by a few minutes later and said that they heard a distinct rattle coming from the rear middle seat (which is odd, the 6 seat doesn't have any "middle" seats?) and that the techs needed to look at it, but they were just about to go on lunch. Didn't want to waste all day there, so they gave me the option to have it delivered to my house. Made it seem like it could be later today, but after 19 months, what's another few hours/days?

There’s nobody there to help fix anything on the spot that you may notice. Also it’s already in your driveway so the pressure to keep it goes up greatly.
My bad, I did not look closely where the ship went exactly. I was writing about the Morning Lena that shipped to Zeebrugge, you are right.
As for my delivery (Model X LR / 6 seater), it has been postponed to April/July 2023 so better luck with the next ship maybe !
