Just got another one...back to $2500...
I ordered the deep blue metallic a couple days ago and kinda hoping it will get changed to Abyss blue. Pretty doubtful but hey nobody knew about the Ultra Red being released. I test drove a new MS and the deep blue metallic looked better on it then the MX. Here’s a couple photos of the dirty MX I cancelled as I wanted the round wheel and this was demo build date of 10/22.

Its changing for 2023 taxes but last year you could have done 100% bonus depreciation first year. However, it can be a red flag so our accountant did like 90 something percent instead. It's good to have a log of miles etc and for us we did for nov and dec.
That last part was actually my question. So after you take the depreciation that year, do you have to continue to log miles in future years? Or is it just the first year.

So just picked up an 2023MXP, HW4, and the issues include:

1. Falcon door wouldn't close, apparently the 12v cable wasn't pushed in the whole way, so they fixed it and now it closes fine.
2. The BIGGER issue: BMS_a066 error has now started occurring....after 20 miles....which is a signal to replace the entire battery! Scheduled service for Monday....they told me it was an "earlier" message and to dismiss it...well...guess not...

Wow, really sorry to hear this. Please keep us updated. How can you tell you have HW4, so I know what to look for when I pick mine up. Is it as simple by just looking at exterior cameras, Never owned a Tesla, so all this is new to me. How are the camera images compared to previous HW3 Teslas?

My friend had the same message on their new MXP. Tesla replaced the HV Batt and all has been well since.

So, for those in SoCal that want to see a MX with the latest I found this at Santa Barbara store. Car arrived yesterday.

Summary:

Chrome word art on back trim bar, adhesive appliques.

This car has no USS, no new cameras

Lasted FSD update installed. Assume it has HW 4.

Pics below

Any pics of the side repeaters and front windshield cameras? Build date is Jan. 23, so maybe March and later builds will have new cameras?

I first have to correct my statement about FSD, the car does not have the FSD beta update. Which is V11.3.1

My pics of cameras did not turn out, but the side repeaters and rear camera memory seem unchanged. Only two front cameras and an empty space

The SA did not give me accurate info if the build date was in Jan. He told me it was fresh from Fremont.

Sorry for the errors. Tesla SA stands for Seldom Accurate

Another thing I noticed is that the drivers side self presenting doors don't open as wide anymore....when you approach the car they just 'open' and you have to pull them further open to get into the car. My old Raven would open slightly and then fully after you walked past the door....is this a new thing? @jasondclinton do you have the same situation?

thats what I had on the MY at around 40k.
It's still mixed because advisors dont know but its either a new battery but has to be labeled as "refurbished" because the casing isn't new or the batteries are actually refurbished. OVerall, I haven't had any range issues or anything since I got the new one.
