Release notes - how can I see what's new in most recent upgrade?

Got an upgrade last night from 7.8.217 to 7.9.12. The release notes that came up appeared to be generic ver. 7.xx.

How can I tell what is new to this specific upgrade?

You can't.

Unfortunately this is part of Tesla's usual communications, they simply don't tell you for minor releases what's changed. The best way to figure it out is to play with it a bunch, or search the forums for other users who've played with it before you.
