I like to share the joy of driving the machine of the future. You are welcome to rent my Model X in Washington, DC for an hour, a day or even a week. My Model X has every option but ludicrous since that one is a safety concern to me. Here is a video of the car when I fist got it 2 weeks ago in NYC.

I voted $125, but I'd be willing to pay closer to $150-175 on a daily basis.

There is a guy near me renting out his Model S P90DL pre facelift for $250 a day. He seems to get a decent amount of interest but not enough to cover the monthly payment he has told me.

    Beautiful car!

I might be in the area on business next week with my family tagging along....how much are you looking to rent the car per day?

    Thanks

I'm really interested in doing this. I have a bad itch for a Model X but I have a habit of obsessing over something so much then getting bored. I'd love to rent one for a long weekend(late Thu/early Fri until Sunday evening) and see if I really like it or if I just need to get it out of my system on a little road trip.

One possible flaw in your poll is a large gap between $125 and $250. In my scenario of 3 days that's a difference of $375 compared to $750. For a weekend road trip I'd want to keep it under $500, so closer to $150-$160/day.

Just my two cents on the matter.

    Check out this site: TURO.com
You can rent out your car there. IT is like AirBnB for cars.
I'm using this to rent a Tesla for my California trip later this year!

The OP already listed his car there in the DC area at $500/day. I'm renting another person's Model X this weekend, so I hope it goes well.

There's a Model S from a guy named Derrick who is very well reviewed on Turo for $176/day.

Turo is great. Helped me fill the gap between old and new car. The one I rented was two blocks away from one of my neighbors.

Do you know the exact days you're wanting to use the P85?
