right side-view mirror won’t keep memory

2021 Model 3 AWD here. Both side view mirrors open and close as I near my garage.
Now, as I drive away and both mirrors open, the right view mirror setting is not saved, it is always out of wack.
The left view mirror is correct. So I go to the mirror program, reset and save the right view mirror but the problem re-occurs each time I drive the car. I am the only driver of the car..

Does this happen every time you fold and unfold the mirrors or only when that happens automatically? Try turning off the mirror auto tilt on reverse option and see if that makes a difference. Also, if you’re using Easy Entry, make sure you save the mirror position in that profile.

If nothing helps, you might have a hardware issue, which requires a service appointment.

I adjusted both the right and left mirrors, saved them both, seems to be working OK now when they unfold.
We shall see
