I recently had the glass roof in my Model 3 replaced. I have lately been noticing that the roof rarely looks black when looking at the car from the outside. The roof is not wet and it isn’t quite the full orange look that it has when it is wet. It just looks like it has a light orange or purple tint to it. My Model 3 has the solid black paint and the roof not looking dark in color kind of changes the external look of the car. I don’t think it looked like this before the glass was replaced, but I don’t know for sure. Also, I am in Minnesota and it is getting colder now. I am not sure if the colder temperatures could affect the roof color. Any ideas?
