Roof Crack Issue - Tesla refuses that its a stress crack. Any advise?

I suspect some survivorship bias. I'm guessing there are a lot of people who have lost their enthusiasm and don't come here anymore, or are now ex-customers. I could be wrong. I, too, have had nothing but exceptional service. But the stories that come from here - hoo, boy!

More likely people who are happy with their cars are out driving them and living their life. While people with complaints come here to complain -- or crowdsource solutions to their ailments.
