That fire at the airbase is something with a lot of fuel for the fire. It could be a fuel tank or truck, but it could also be one of the "damaged" aircraft.

Per wiki "In 2006, the Russian Air Force had about 200 Il-76s. Civilian users in Russia have 108" and about 950 were built, so unfortunately quite a lot of these things.
However this demonstrates an interesting amount of targetting capability for so many attacks in so many places at one time.
