S/X CCS Upgrade before the adapter arrives??

Hi, I have a 2017 ModeL X and I bought the CCS adapter from the tesla shop on Friday 19th August. Then I made a mobile service appointment on the Tesla App and they are expected to arrive on Wednesday 25th August. But what if the adapter doesn’t arrive before that date? Does anyone know if they’d go along with the retrofit because for some reason in the description of the adapter on the Tesla shop it says that if the packaging is tampered with, then the retrofit will be void or something. Thanks

Sorry, so basically would they go along with the retrofit before the adapter came in the post?

This “retrofit package” includes this CCS adapter, so you will end up with two of them.
