Well, I finally got around to getting my rear safety belt issue resolved. My son was sitting in the middle seat this whole time.
Tesla had to actually undo the entire rear seat to address the issue.
My service center filed a report regarding the issue.
The service center was terrific and also dealt with several other small issues including the Model X rear seat cable recall. The center is in the downtown Brooklyn by the Battery Tunnel.
My only issue I that the Roadster mechanic was promoted to manager, so now they need a new roadster mechanic. Great for him (he is an awesome guy), but bad for my Roadster. LOL) (I wish him well!!!)
We will see if Tesla regards this as a major issue requiring recall, or something else.
