Scheduled charging not working right

Our peak rates are from 4 to 9 pm. I set the car schedule to start at 9 PM. When I plug it during peak hours it still charges.

If you scheduled in the car, try the app and see if it agrees. If scheduled in the app, check the car to see if it agrees. Fix the one that is not correct.

They are the same. Schedule is not followed.

Just a note...when you plug the car in outside of your scheduled charging start time, it will connect, turn on, and look like it is charging for about a minute or so, and then shut off. If you look at the real-time charging rate, it is not charging, but just testing the circuit at very low levels. It is not charging the battery, but testing the circuit to make sure it is ready to charge later. Does yours stay on and charge until it is fully charged?
