Seat memory not working at all 2018 Model S 100D

Last year november I purchased this car second hand from a private sell.

everything works fine and I am very happy with the car. My only frustration is that seat memory does not work at all. If i put it in a setting and save it to a profile it does not remember the setting of my other profile. Easy entry profile has no seat position. Only thing working with profiles is the steering column position. This may be a very common issue but i could not find a specific topic about it. What are my options?

Try creating a new profile, set the seat positions and save. Then exit and reenter. If this works, the profile you are using is corrupt. Delete it and use the new profile. Same with easy entry. Erase and delete, and then recreate.

Created new profile, set the seat. Memory still acts the same… so annoying

I did not exit and reenter but set the seat, saved it to the new profile, weent to my own profile after moved the seat then went back to the new profile but seat was still the same
