Second day driving and the rear motor is disabled!

My brand new car is in service and I feel like I got a lemon. Definitely not a great first time experience with Tesla.

I was driving my M3LR on the highway and got the notification that the rear motor is disabled and the speed was limited to 64mph. When the car shuts off and restarts the rear motor is enabled temporarily until it disengages after you start driving.

I don’t even know if I will ever feel good about this car.

Exactly same thing happened for me. Was exiting from a highway and suddenly failed. Very dangerous situation with cars behind me. It gave me only 3-5 seconds before completely stopping and not even allowing me to put blinkers. Have any one explored legal option? This is a BIG safety issue and i am scared to drive the car again with kids inside as Tesla said they are not sure if this will happen again. Please let me know.
