Service Center Reupholstered Seat

When I purchased my MX new, there was a small cut in the second row driver seat between two of the small perforated holes. The cut with about a millimeter long, but my delivery specialist showed it to me and told me that they will replace the seat.

A little while later, I took the seat in to be replaced, and Tesla reupholstered it instead. I let grandpa pick up the car and did not notice that when they reupholstered it the left seat buckle was about a centimeter below the edge of the seat.

I just brought it back again and asked them to correctly, adjust the upholstery or give me a new seat. I went to look at it after hours to pick up the car and it was not fixed.

I haven’t picked up my car yet and I still have their loaner but I’m wondering if I am being too picky.

Can you help me crowdsource an opinion here? I have included photos of both second row seat, buckles for comparison.

I forgot to mention that that they told me that the seat buckle is within spec for reupholstering

Don't believe that would worry me.

All they did was replace the seat cover. The foam and seatbelt probably was not even moved.

The faux leather is just a cover attached by Velcro and push clips. They are not going to give you a new seat.

I am not seeing the difference in the 2 sides. The camera angle is reversed, would I see a difference if both angles were from the inside or outside?
