Picked up my M3P last week and it was overall in pretty good shape.
Was not impressed by the staff on site as it seemed like their only job was to get me to finalize the paperwork and leave. Now that the car is in my possession, I’ve had a difficult time getting through to their service department to even ask a few questions.
Issues with the car -
Trunk is misaligned, making my tail lights and charging cover also misaligned.
One handle is sunk in more than the others.
The wheels where missing the lug caps for the performance model.
I have an appointment set through the app along with pictures, but the SC is two hours away from me.
TLDR: How long does it take Tesla to do simple realignments and adjustments? Is it a few hours? A few days? Will they provide a loaner? No paint issues or anything like that (thankfully)
