Service request question

I submitted a service request for a battery/charging issue. The only response I received was a green check mark saying request received and “we will contact you shortly.” I don’t see my service request in the messages section. Can someone explain what o should expect next or if there is any way to check the status of the request? Thank you.

I think that’s what happens. Wait a day or so and you should get a message via text message and also via the app.
