Yes, because they know there is nothing they can do to fix it. However, it does not appear you have the "Recents" view turned on. That may help you. Tap the icon I circled in the attached photo. It gives you a third view that is continuously updated. I agree with you regarding the interface in general, but turning on the Recents, will help. You will need to bring the window down to see it.And now they are trying to cancel the appointment again. Why is EVERYTHING With them a fight?! Why should I have to fight to have fixed what they broke?
