Service Temporarily Unavailable?

    I currently have this screen when I go to view my reservation, it has been like this since Thursday. I noticed some other members got their order summary pages back a few days ago after receiving this message, so, I'm not sure if they are rolling out slowly or if it's just an Ontario, Canada thing.

    I am getting anxious because I want to edit my reservation, I have emailed Tesla and an awaiting a response, since they hold times on the phone are astronomical.

    If anyone would be able to provide some insight on this, I would appreciate it, thanks!

    This coincides with me getting assigned a VIN. Maybe you got assigned a VIN and there's still some work for someone at Tesla to do before it shows on the website?

    Mine is back, it does not show my VIN but back to the ability to see my order.

    I can't speak to what happened on July 24, when you originally posted. But the issue that others said they had yesterday was related to an outage on Tesla's servers. It was affecting their website and their app. It lasted for hours. It affected me, also.
