Shaving front bumper pointy part down

Hello!

Has anyone tried shaving down the pointy part on the side of the front bumper that has lower ground clearance than the rest of the front bumper? This would allow the car to really lay flat on air suspension:

Air out and drive for 5 minutes, problem solved.

Just drive and reverse over some parking blocks a couple times.

LOL you guys, seriously though, is this something that is kind of dumb / out of the question / can cause issues?

I have scraped that thing a bunch autocrossing on sticky tires.

I’d feel under there for any wires or sensors to be sure, first, but I think it is surely fine to shave it.
