Shipping times / delays from Tesla store

I ordered an extra j1772 adapter and they sent an entire mobile connector plug adapter kit, and haven’t responded to my email. So I spent $95 for a $225 kit.

My tow kit still shows “enroute”.

Check FedEx.. did they even receive it?

Doesn't have a FEDEX tracker. Just says enroute. SC confirmed the appointment and I've been chatting with them, so I'm assuming they have one laying around they'll install.

For what it's worth, given I looked at this thread before ordering, I ordered two adapters (14-50 and 10-30) on 12/3 (Friday) midnight, FedEx tracking was issued Friday morning (from Lanthrop, CA), it was picked at night same day at Newark, CA. Was shipped FedEx Ground to me in CA and I didn't expect delivery on Sunday (Ground shouldn't deliver on Sunday, Home Delivery does however), but they delivered on Sunday anyways. Overall, way quicker than I expected from other accounts here.

Of note, they sent the two adapters separately in their original small box (they did not double box).
