I have schedule a Mobile Service for this Thursday to address the skipping and connection error.
Since I just got my MCU2 installed in June, this *should* be a no-cost appt!
I scheduled on Mon, and they have still yet to update the following steps: Preparation, Cost Estimate.
I will report back after the appt.
