Slight black bar at bottom of front camera recording...

Just got dashcam/sentry working yesterday, and went out to test it. In all the clips for the front cam, you can see a black bar that appears to obscure the view a little, see sample video below.

I guess the camera is positioned such that it's being slightly impeded.
Is this worth having them try to rectify? Just took delivery last week. Everything else has been fine.

man, watching TeslaCam footage is so painful. It is like watching dashcam footages from 10 years ago...

Dunno what to tell you. My Dashcam has the same black strip at the bottom, and many examples I’ve seen do too. I don’t think there’s anything to be concerned about.

Yep mine is exactly the same way. If you see the wide angle cam footage you'll see a significant part of the view is that bottom part of the camera housing as well.
